What's up y'all. So you ready to learn how to jump higher in basketball games starting right now? Jumping higher basically came down to these two things that helped more more than most of the other things I can think of. 1) You body is an engine that can't run on junk fuel. You need to be sure that you improve your hydration like with Powerade or Gatorade. The story is that you are supposed to get those 8 cups, but I have to tell you if you are going to be running on the court a lot and actually practicing to get better you should really try to get more than the minimum. Normally I'll make a big jug of either Powerade or Gatorade (whatever is on sale) and take it with me everywhere throughout the day. That way I can grab a drink here and there as needed. It's really helpful even if it doesn't sound like it. It makes a big difference for me. 2) You will need to stop being held back by the little things that have a big impact. The best training in my opinion is The Jump Manual. They give you a probably the most comprehensive list of exercises that you can imagine using. Quite a bit of time went into figuring out how basketball players need to jump different from other athletes. So with those two tips you can really get start with jumping higher and you can even start tonight! If you want to be amazing you should see what this guy did! GET IT!
